This template is used to register and manage data collectors who will collect survey data
for the project. It captures basic information such as name, contact details, assigned
supervision area, and role/permissions.
Adding data collectors in advance ensures smooth field implementation, accountability,
and proper access control so that each collector can view and submit data only for their
assigned area. This also supports efficient monitoring and supervision during TPM or routine
program monitoring.
Important: Data collectors must use the same email ID and phone number shared with the project admin when using the SmartLQA app.
If they use a browser, the survey access link will be sent to the registered email ID.
